云南网讯（记者 熊强 通讯员 郭峰）为方便境外人员就近、便捷地办理机动车临时驾驶许可，昆明市公安局交警支队积极拓展便民服务工作，协调昆明市公安局境外人员管理处、云南省公安厅民用机场公安局交警支队，延伸临时入境牌证窗口，于2019年11月21日起，在昆明长水国际机场国际到达大厅设立“交管服务站”，为境外人员办理机动车驾驶许可提供便捷办理通道。

　　在昆明长水国际机场国际到达大厅的“交管服务站”处，公布有办理临时驾驶许可的工作流程、公示牌，并有驻点民警为境外人员提供咨询服务。此外，就近在云南省公安厅民用机场公安局交警支队设立了临时驾驶许可办理点，可直接办理入境外国人的临时驾驶许可业务。

　　自2019年11月21日起至2019年12月11日期间，“交管服务站”共办理临时驾驶许可27件。

　　办理须知

　　临时入境人员需要申请我国小型汽车、摩托车临时驾驶许可的，持入出境身份证件、境外机动车驾驶证即可申请。境外机动车驾驶证属于非中文表述的，还应当出具中文翻译文本。临时驾驶许可除本人直接到窗口办理外，也可以委托有资质的旅行社代办。
